Unless you run a scam business, send people nude pictures of yourself, and 
did something bad yesterday, you've got the "Apology" virus or one of the 
variant(s).  More information is available at 
http://www.sophos.com/virusinfo/analyses/w32apology.html -- but go there 
from another computer; Apology won't let you go there!

There are a couple ways to do it.  The least expensive (dollar wise), but 
usually least reliable, is to keep updating your filters for the latest 
virus attachment names.  However, there are some viruses that use random 
names.  The second option is to buy an SMTP-based virus scanner.  Finally, 
you can look into our Declude Virus product for IMail (
