Chris,
Could be signs of registry damage. Do you have a backup? Backup what you
have now in the \hkey\lm\software\IMail branch and try the backup. If that
works, re-add any users (Find Orphans) that were added between the 2 and
backup again.
If not backup, it might be possible to fix what you have. Best to have Tech
Support help if you are trying this and are not experienced. A copy of the
backup.reg file is often enough, with all TCPIP info about computer, too.
Did you change the hostname/IP of the computer? That could give similiar
symptoms, if all changes not done correctly.
