Stephen,
I created, in IMail Admin, 2 users with _ in the name and when I refreshed
the USERS folder, both disappeared. In the Registry under that domain and
/users, I still see the non_imail one (so '_imail' does appear to be a user
name that cannot be used!) and that would be where you would delete this
'non viewable user'. While in the registry I also see a '_aliases' entry,
which has a list of all my aliases. So my conclusion is that '_' is used to
indicate 'aliases' (and only aliases) to IMail and cannot be used as the
first character (it works just fine in other locations)(actually I only
tried in the 3rd character 'dan_d', but see no reason it would not work in
other places!).
