There is no solution currently, unless Ipswitch steps forward with one. The web interface's message preview preference is stored in the registry under the user's key, but unlike the other user info (including the other web messaging prefs) is not stored in the external database anywhere. Your best solution if you're using an external database is just to comment-out that preference item in the web interface so users don't even know it exists.
