It might be possible to accomplish what you want by setting the DNS servers
that IMail uses to be authoritative for the TLDs of the countries you wish
to send to over your connection.  Just have the IP address for *.cc point to
the IP address of your mail server in .cc, for example.  I can't guarantee
it will work, but it ought to do the trick.  Just make sure that the IMail
servers in the other countries don't use the same DNS server (they shouldn't
anyways).
