[IMail Forum] Master rules.ima file?

Is there a good master rules.ima file kicking around that people are using 
to kill inbound spam and/or evil vbs? I'm currently using a one-liner of: 
B~name=".*\pvbs":NUL

Are there any major issues with a big rules.ima file?
