I just received a question from a user who uses AOL as their ISP and cannot
log into Webmail.
I read the knowledgebase article and have done this:
Question/Problem: I cannot log on to IMail Web Messaging; instead, I am
returned to the logon screen. I use America Online as my access provider.
Answer/Solution: America Online sends network requests from
constantly-changing IP addresses. Web Messaging's security will not permit
an IP address different from the IP which initiated the login to read e-mail
from the initial IP's session. Enable "Ignore source address in security
check" in the Web Messaging Server.
