Hi thanks for the suggestion,
I couldnt find any TMP*.* files in the spool directory...
Any other thoughts as its still crashing last time was Sunday 9:18pm and the
only thing I can see form the log that happened at that time was one guy
logged in, everything else was (understandably) quiet ...

I know where you can start, at least. Check to see if there are any TMP*.*
files left in the spool directory, with times that seem to correlate with
the times that web messaging has crashed. If so, take a look at the files,
and the clue may be in there.
Somewhere around 6.02, I found a problem where a malformed E-mail (that
would show up as "Unable to view message" or some such error when trying to
read it) would crash web messaging if the preview pane was enabled. It was
relatively easy to track down the problem with the TMP files, since they all
showed a list of E-mail, but ending on the bum message.
