Whoa! You don't need to drop and recreate the mail domain. SImply use the
Imail administrator and click the add domain button. Scroll the list on the
left and highlight the desired domain. Now change the hostname and alias
field to what you want, click save, answer no the question are you creating
a new domain. click exit, wait a few seconds (or much longer if you have
many many accounts for the domain). No click the tools/refresh menu option.
Scroll to the domain in question and expand the users tree. You will now
see thatthe reply-to addresses have all been changed to the new host name.

Subject: [IMail Forum] save user help please

I made the mistake of making the domain name mail.bob.com and the alias
bob.com which in the webmail sets the reply to [EMAIL PROTECTED] which my
clients don't want. So to remidy this I have to switch the host name with
the alias. To do this however imail has to recreate the domain name, and it
will delete all the users for that domain. I know where the user folders
are, but how does imail know which user folder goes with what domains? Is
there anyway for me to do this without recreating the accounts? That would
require me getting the passwords from my clients. Which brings me to another
question. Is there a way to extract the passwords for email accounts under
one of my clients domains? Any help you could give me would be appreciated
asap. Thanks!

Thanks in Advance,
