Hello Dustin,
I am not a Perl programmer, but in looking at the file it appears that the program
is having problems opening the file for some reason. If I knew Perl better I could
help more, but I write everything using VBScript and have not taken the time to get
familiar with it. Might be something that you could ask a Perl Guru about on another
list, or maybe someone else on this list can help you out.
