On Imail version 6 we have a list that contains approximately 15,000
subscribers from all sorts of mail hosts. We build a new users.lst and
users.txt file each time, with the name of the subscriber being 'subscriber'
for each of the email addresses in the txt file. Then we send the list and
email from the owner which should send a single email to each of the
subscribers.
Instead we see multiple emails going to recipients usually after a
successful run has finished, indeed it can re-commence some hours
afterwards. Support at IMail have been very helpful and have changed our
configuration to ensure that only 10 recipients are included in each process
to stop tarpitting by some of the larger mail hosts but this has not worked.
