Because customers want it. We get a lot of people who have access at work,
bounce around between ISP or simply want a private address for whatever
reason that stays with them, not their ISP. These folks are used to using an
Email client and will only tolerate Web Mail when they travel.
BTW, Ron if you reading this, I have gotten at least a hundred compliments
on the new HKSI Templates, folks here love 'em...

Yes, all Opt In for emailed promos and ads, no lists. They get several a
week according to demographic data and preferences.

There is a registry key that needs to be created, been so long I don't
remember the exact function and I don't give out registry hacking info even
if I did but, it's in the manual and KB on Ipswitch's web site.
