Then tell the user that one of his AOL accounts is forwarding the E-mail to him.  
Unless he's stockpiling those AOL frisbees -- er, CDs --, he should know which account 
it is.  If someone else is doing it, he needs to complain to AOL, not you, since the 
problem would be with a user at AOL.

If someone has multiple E-mail addresses, ultimately it is their responsibility to 
know what gets forwarded where.

There are ways you can make educated guesses (or find out for certain), based on the 
headers, but there is no standard for forwarding E-mail as far as the previous 
recipient address goes.

See above; contact the user, and tell them that the mail is being forwarded from AOL.
