Are all of the users internal to an organisation? Are they using dial up? Are they using Netscape, IE? If they dial up, who are they dialing up to, different ISP's? AOL?

I have IMail 6.05 with external database (Access) and I have some problems with webmail (http://mail.mydomain:8383). Some users can log in and some can’t. Those ho can’t only get back to the login page but with a URL (looks right) standing in the address field of the browser.

Any suggestions
