it happens.

RTFM and KB for ispclean.exe to help out.  Run it in a batch file to 
clean files more than x days old.

Setup an AT task to zip and move your log files to another directory 
after midnight, so you only have today's log files in there.

25K files will slow down, perhaps dramatically, all the Imail 
processes trying to write and read msg files into and out of the 
queuing system.
