Hi all,
I am new to the forum and to iMail. I have purchased iMail Server 6.04, patched to
6.05 (unlimited). The 30 day demo convinced me that this was a top notch mail server,
very fast and small resource footprint !...
My question is:
My server does both mail and web, I installed iMail with SMTP, that knocked out IIS
SMTP. I uninstalled/removed SMTP from IIS and now an asp page that uses a form which
sends mail out no longer works. I gather it was dependant on IIS SMTP and did not take
to iMail SMTP. What would be the best solution here ? and how ?
Can an asp page use iMail SMTP? (I am not a programmer but I have asked the party that
created the asp page to look into it)
Should I remove iMail SMTP and install IIS SMTP? Will iMail work with IIS SMTP? How?
Probably a big question... I am currently looking and learning but if someone has come
across this any help would be greatly appreciated...
