In the SMTP Security, do you have the 'Refuse Null Senders' enabled? If you
do, then it is possible that some email (bounce messages) from other SMTP
servers is not being accepted. Disable, then stop/start the SMTP service.

Was the user sending only to himself or to other addresses, too? Did you
check the mailbox (main.mbx) for that user? How about the logs to see if the
messages were sent to your IMail system?

All imail gurus

One of our client is complaining that they are not receiving all the mails
from imail server
We are using imail 6.02 on NT Platform.
He told me that if he sent say 10 mail then mostly he received 7 to 8 mail
and one or two mail are lost.

Please let me know is it possible.
