The problem is that you have set IMail to relay for "Local Host Only", which means 
that you are allowing spammers to relay through your server if they are willing to use 
a return address (valid or not) on your domain.

You need to use "Relay for IPs", and SMTP AUTH for everyone coming from an unknown IP.
