When I do a DNS lookup on bankofwashtenaw.com I get
mail exchanger = mail.bankofwashtenaw.com
mail.bankofwashtenaw.com internet address = 207.254.115.79

When I do a DNS lookup on 207.254.115.79 I get a slew of PTR
responses (which is discouraged) none of which has bankofwashtenaw.com
as the domain:

It could be that it's rejecting on suspicion of you being a spammer.
