Is this happening on only one list? Or is it happening to all your lists?
You might try recreating the list. First make a copy of the users.lst and
users.txt files as a backup. Then, recreate the list. After you have
recreated the list, copy the contents from the users.lst file to the new
users.lst file. Do the same for the users.txt file.
I don't know if this will work, but you never know......
