Your iway.chartway.com is your only MX entry. All email to @chartway.com will go to it. The imail web access does not need an MX entry at all. However there should be an A record entry for email.chartway.com. It does not have one. The name email.chartway.com does not resolve at all. An A record entry for email.chartway.com should be all you need, I think. email.chartway.com.
