What does the bounce message say? If they don't give you enough information, you can
check the IMail log file, to see if the server gave any information when you connected
to it.
There is a chance that it was bouncing the message because you are listed in ORBS. I
would strongly recommend closing your relay, so that you do not end up paying to let
spammers use your mail server for free to send out millions of E-mails.
