I downloaded your nice utility and ran it yesterday for the first time.
Very interesting results.  It shows that I get FAR too many e-mails <g>

A question that probably will be of interest to many on the forum, the
"Senders" section - does it simply refer to the origins of the messages?
If so, why do the rest of the messages not register?  I do not see as many
senders as I see receivers.  A spot check seemed to indicate that this may
be what it is as the few I checked were sending TO some of the hosted
e-mail accounts.  BUT the thought occurs to me that it might reflect
someone "relaying" messages through the server.

This prompted me to check the relaying options and I just reset ours to
"relay only for local users" which apparently got turned off in our last
upgrade (6.05) so I will be interested to see if some IDs go away.  A check
this morning shows ONLY known client addresses as "Senders".
