make sure IMonitor is running, you will have to forward the port on your router for nat.  so when a user connects to your internet IP address the router forwards that connection to your internal Ip of your email server.

Subject: [IMail Forum] NAT

Halo people,
I am using NAT on my router. The problem is when people connect to the web through another ISP except mine they are unable to check their web mail. This does not affect anyone who dials in through me. I have tried to change my settings to reflect the IP that is known outside the network but  when I do that I am unable to connect to port 8383. Even from internally within my network. Does anybody know if  web mail works with NAT or if you are using it tell me how to go around it.

Paul
