If you need to get the mail out of their box and to them:
First, put a forwarding on their mail box so no more mail goes in it.
Then, if they have so much mail in their mail box that you don't want to
forward each piece individually:
Setup a mail box with Outlook and create a rule. Anything to that
address gets forwarded to their aol email. Then connect to the server
and check their mail box. Everything comes down and forwards to their
aol account.

Subject: [IMail Forum] Forwarding
I have a user who is sick at home and is unable to understand what we
are
telling them to do to correct a problem in their configuration that is
not
allowing them to use our mail server. They can however get to their AOL
mail account. To save further support headaches, how can I forward
EXISTING
mail from her mailbox to the AOL account?
