IMail manual, chapter 3 covers these kinds of configurations, although you
might see the term 'Store and Forward' instead. You won't have any of their
email on your system until the DNS is changed and you have configured IMail
to accept it. Only then can the Novell server collect it from your system.
You will not be able to 'download' their email (to your server) in the usual
sense of the words. It must be delivered to your server (DNS must be
correct, first!), then they can collect it from you (and IMail will
regularly attempt to send it to them).
