Frederic,
I've not seen an answer to your email, so here is some basic help.
I am not familiar with Exchange's mailbox file and their format, so cannot
help with that, but maybe the Knowledgebase has more on this subject. At
worst, you might have to have both servers running and have the uses login
to Exchange to 'forward' their existing email to the IMail server. You might
also be able to use the IMail Client on the server to connect to the
Exchange accounts (you will need user names and passwords) and use that to
download the email to IMail.
