HI I am trying to change the delimiter for usernames. The manuls gives the following steps. but it still will not work Changing Mailbox Delimiter You can change the character used to delimit the mailbox name in a user ID. 1 Locate the following key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Ipswitch\IMail\Global 2 Under this key, create a new registry string variable named MailBoxSplitChar. 3 Set this variable to the new character. 4 Stop and restart the SMTP server. what type of data type do i use. ? What i do is open Global then hit add value > type in MailBoxSplitChar with a Data type of Reg_SZ and put in a . for this. do i need "." or anything else.
