receiving: blackhole in Imail, or at the router, packet filter that
host's ip from sending to your imail port 25
sending: Imail doesn't act on outgoing mail, but you can do the
router blocking above for Imail sending to the host.
IMGate can block whatever you want (by ip, by domain name, by sender,
by recipient, etc) incoming and outgoing
