If you want to run DNS on a Windows NT machine, BIND 8.2.3.  Microsoft DNS 
is slow and really awkward to manage.  BIND is simple editing with 
notepad.  For a link to BIND for NT, see the bottom of a post from Len 
Conrad.  Len's site has great info.

If you really want fast DNS then make a unix/linux/bsd box and use that.

If you want to use the Windows DNS, then start the DNS manager, select the 
zone, then right click the domain you want to add the MX record to and 
right click.  Select add record.  Select the MX record and fill in the 
info.  (it's been a while since I have done this so you might want to check 
out Microsoft's KB)
