Yes, it did work! You told the spammer that he could not send out E-mail unless he
sent it using a return address on your domain.
You need to use "Relay for addresses".

Ah, that's your problem. E-mail comes into WebShield, and then goes to IMail. IMail
sees the IP address as the WebShield address. You need to configure the anti-relay
options on WebShield.
