Imail doesn't deliver a msg and then send it to a remote gateway.  It 
queues such a msg for delivery through the remote gateway.  ie, 
distinguish between "deliver" msg and "queue" msg

If the account is local to Imail, it will deliver locally, since 
that's the only place in the world it should go.

I think you're going to have serious difficulty trying to undo 
iwebsmg's handoff to the queue and the pickup by SMTP client for 
local delivery.
