Yeah, but not FTP. How about a web site where you can sumbit rules one at a time. It
would be searchable, updateable, and you could even vote on rules (too strick, too
lienient, doesn't work, etc.) Emails could be sent out to members when new rules are
added.
You could download all of the rules (or just ones that fit your criteria) as one big
rules.ima file.
I'd be willing to write it and host it if you guys think a T1 would provide
suffiecient bandwidth.
