anti-excellent. This is wonderfully insecure. You will get hijacked
AND blacklisted, sooner or later.

This is strictly what it says: Imail will report/not report SMTP AUTH
in the SMTP session dialog with the remote sender, but it does not
enable/diable SMTP AUTH, which is always enabled even when UNreported.

>However, I can not get the client (outlook) to authenticate it keeps

In SMTP security panel, check "relay for addresses" and enter your ip blocks.

In the users' mail programs, they must setup to use SMTP AUTH.

Go to http://www.mailops.com and click on "Help" There is a section here
for setting up different Email clients for SMTP AUTH.
