This is exactly the same response as before, just a different username. So
my answer remains the same, too.
Well, the problem is not IMail and your server, as it is the remote end
returning the 'unknown user' response. You may believe it is a valid email
address, but the remote server does not!
My educated guess is that more than one server may accept the SMTP
connection and one of those servers does 'know' the user, but at least one
of the other servers does not, so it bounces the address. Nothing I or you
can do, except contact the owners of the SMTP servers and advise them of
your difficulties, so they can investigate their email servers.
