> Why does the message loose the HTML and show the source code when replying

Because the HTML message wasn't properly multipart-encoded (with a readable
text part) from the perspective of the IMail web messaging engine. Remember,
the IMail webmail engine can only send a message in plain-text format... you
cannot maintain the html formatting in a replied-to or forwarded message.
All you'll see if you try is the raw tags, since the header isn't set for
html.

You'll need to request the fix from Ipswitch ([EMAIL PROTECTED]); they
will need all the details, including the raw body of the html message in
question, and what email client software/encoding method was used to build
the message. There are lots of variables at play with this issue.
