John & Kevin,
We had this same problem after going to from 5.0 to 6.x. The web messaging
interface would stop responding for Imail and SQL databases about every 7
days requiring a server reboot.
In February we got 2 more servers so now our web, streaming media, SQL and
mail are all one separate boxes. Since we separated mail and web we haven't
had to restart the server in about 5 weeks now.
No explanation from IPswitch but home the info helps.
