CDONTS can only use the Microsoft SMTP server, which is completely different
software from Imail. Since both Microsoft's SMTP and Imail want to use the
same port, you have a conflict. You can get around this by changing the SMTP
port on Microsoft's SMTP, at least if you are only going to use it to send
mail via CDONTS. On my Windows2000 box, you go into the properties, select
the general tab, and click the advanced button to get to where you can
change the port. Someone wiser than I might tell you the prefered port to
use, but for me something over 2000 seems to work.
