That's because IMail doesn't filter based on file attachment names.  You have to 
filter on body content, such as "name=somefilename.com".  There are a number of 
different ways that attachments can be included.  If you do "name=somefilenam.com", it 
should work for most/all MIME attachments, but you need more for uuencoded attachments 
(check the archives from the last month or so for more details).  Binhex is rarely 
used, but isn't always catchable by filename.
