Just about all of the ISP's running on leased lines or leased modem pools
are running into this. It's the only way they can control spamming through
their thousands of dial up lines. We have our customers use the ISP's
outbound smtp server to send, our POP3 to receive. They can identify their
Email by the Email address and reply to address in their mail program.
