Do you mean spoofing email headers? You can do it in any of the
beter email clients that support multiple personalities. Just try
it, it's easy. Doan need no web site.
There is also ip spoofing, a little harder since it's done at the
tcp/ip level, but done every millisecond of day somewhere.
