If the client in question has a static IP address just permit it
to relay.

If they always come in via some small IP range (i.e. /24 or smaller)
you could consider allowing it to relay.

Anything larger and you should probably tell them "Sorry but in order
to help reduce spamming they'll have to get a more current email client."
