Yes Dustin, they will but with out the users.txt file they will not be able to sent a unsubscribe message to the list to take there name out. We only use the user.lst file and have set it up so that we are the only people that can unsubscribe the user from that list. We just have them send a message to an e-mail address requesting to be taken off the list and we do it manually.
