10061 is a "Connection Refused" error. That means that your POP3/IMAP server isn't
active/reachable. A lot of things could cause this: The POP3/IMAP service not
running, a firewall blocking the port, etc.
One way to narrow down the problem further would be to try to telnet to the POP3/IMAP
port from the mail server. If you can get to it from the mail server, but not other
computers, then the problem is not with the mail server, but more likely a
firewall/router.
