Try deleting the mail.mbx and main.uid files in that users driectory under imail. Sounds like the problem we had when the users files went bad. Make sure that you have received all of that users mail before deleting these files. This cal also happen when the user is checking there messages with there client software too often. If that users is checking for messages every minute then you need to change it to 5 minutes. If the server wad busy or the the users is still receiving messages and has not stored the uidl information then you can get more than one message from the same person. Also view the source code of the message that came in twice and you will sould see a different UIDL number for each. This will tell you that you ether have a bad main file or a client problem.
