If you are setting up peering (and are sure you want to do that), you would
want both MX records to have the same value (IE 10 and 10).
The idea of peering is that both IMail servers will receive 1/2 the
mail. In order to do that, both MX records need to have the same
priority. If they were 10 and 20, then all mail would go to the first
server unless it was unreachable or had some other type of serious problem.
