If I can offer one comment on anti-virus software.
The local college use Command Antivirus and they were a bit slow off the
mark back in May. The college system got over run by a virus that Command
Antivirus did not have a solution for until 3 days after McAfee and
Norton's. By that point the system was a mess and they had already shutdown
all of their mail servers to prevent the further spread of the virus. It
took them almost a week of hard work to begin to feel like they were back in
control. All of their in house IT guys were pretty beat up over it, but
what can they do? They have to use the software the state purchases. We
all know how it goes some time.

It's like I've always said, "You can get
more with a kind word and a two by four,
than you can get with just a kind word."
