Hi I have received the below mail and have no idea what it is all about ?
ESMTP? it came to me with no to field and no reply but has IMail forum tag
at the bottom and in the subject?

The web messaging service stops too frequently on its own. Why does this =
happen? what preventive action is to be taken?

Again,  recently the passwords of the users suddenly were replaced and =
the Imail configurations changed to an earlier set viz., the change =
password facility was disabled, administrator status was reverted to an =
earlier position, etc.. I am not able to understand the cause for these =
sudden changes!

We are using  Version 5.0. Is it prone to such accidents?

Would appreciate any guidance.
