I have no contract. I was going to renew but since I found that we are
getting Imail 7 anyway because there was no major release during our
year we
decided not to renew.
I used to use Tech support in the beginning but now I have a handle on
things and the Tech reps many times don't know as much as the people on
this
list. Their knowledgebase also answers most questions.
