Ram,
If you don't see that IMail tried to send, in the logs, for these users,
then my guess is that there may be some problem with the files used by that
list.
With 3600 members and 160 as # of Recipients, then IMail puts 23 files into
the queue, when a new message is sent to the list. Do you see this
happening? Are there any Q files that are more than a couple of days old?
Look at them (notepad is fine) and see if they are from the list. If they
are and not being processed, or being processed much more slowly (check
number of tries, too, the 'T' variable) then you have found the undelivered
email.
Maybe the first 800 addresses in the list are OK, but then some illegal
characters are in the file, so after that, the Q files are 'damaged' and
those after, won't get email.
